I would like to take a few moments to thank everyone who took time from their day to Like, Share, and comment on our posts today regarding our book, The Crucible’s Fire. I really don’t have the words, and if you know me, that is really rare. As of right now we have climbed to #24,982 on Amazon’s Best Seller List. I don’t even know what that means really, other than we were somewhere around 350,000 yesterday.
What I do know is that this story is getting out. Today I had a video interview with the publisher and he asked me what we wanted people to gain from reading this book, what journey did I want them to go on?
I hope people read this book and realize that God is bigger than what they are going through. He is stronger than the challenge and the trial they are facing. I hope they understand that even in the darkest nights of the soul, He is there, the Gospel is true, and they are loved. In fact, it is those very dark nights of the soul where He tends to reveal Himself more than He could on the mountain top.
Thank you for taking this journey with us. Today is only Launch Day … the work isn’t over. The Crucible’s Fire was founded to make sure every Christian, every church in America has the tools they need to not only build a robust, comprehensive discipleship program, but to produce content of Hope and Encouragement through sharing stories of our lives as we raise this little gem, help our children grow into the image of Christ; as we offer food and shelter to children who can’t get it in their own homes.
